The editorial board’s task is to ensure the publication of high-quality professional contributions in the journal SWARM. It oversees compliance with the obligations of authors and reviewers concerning publication ethics and policies. The board decides on the acceptance or rejection of submissions based on their relevance, importance, originality, and contribution to both the journal’s field and the professional and general public. Additionally, it ensures adherence to publication ethics and policies. The board facilitates communication between the manuscript’s author and reviewers while maintaining the anonymity of both parties throughout the review process.
